Arkane Austin, officially Arkane Studios LLC, was founded as a co-development studio in 2006 by Arkane Studios. The studio did supporting work for most Arkane projects till the 2016 release of Dishonored 2 as they were working on their first solo project, Prey, that released in 2017. In May 7th, 2024 it was announced Arkane Austin would close its doors as a repriotitization strategy within their Bethesda and ZeniMax teams.
